as the title.
Do I need to take a screencast to show this?

What exactly do you mean with "every loop"? After every single frame (or rather, every time something moves), every six frames (every time nyan cat completed the loop) or every twelve frames (every time the stars completed the loop)? A screencast would be cool, make sure it's got at least 20fps. Other information would be useful, like your operating system, Emacs build, Emacs version, etc.

Also, can you reproduce this in a minimal Emacs session via emacs -Q?

I toke a screencast with camcorder, 20fps, but it looks smooth. weird.
And I tried emacs -Q, looks good. Then I tried emacs -q, good too.
I will debug, close this now.
