Description
The core/cover block may have changed markup again -- overlay is missing on frontend.
Expected behaviour
Frontend should display the same color overlay as selected on the backend, but it doesn't.

- WordPress version: 6.0-RC1
- Are all plugins except HRS Blocks deactivated? No
- Are you using the HRS child theme? Yes
