Enable guest feature for wapc-guest

Due to a change in the actor-interfaces repo, the "guest" feature will need to be enabled for the wapc-guest crate after https://github.com/wasmCloud/actor-interfaces/issues/22 is closed.
Until https://github.com/wasmCloud/actor-interfaces/issues/22 is closed, this feature shouldn't be enabled.
