Dashboard UI Improvements

Omnibus (heh) thread for issues with the dashboard design that could be reworked, more suggestions are welcome.

• x-axis for plots should have seconds from dashboard start
• dark mode? I think this might help readability in the dark
• click and drag to resize instead of entering sizes in pixels
• "data" and "seconds" labels are unnecessary in the plots
• automatic labels for dynamic text that don't need a separate box
  More changes could be made, taking cues from aviation and military displays that need to be easily readable (will update issue).
