Stuck on Pending

In the main site, the queued fics' download progress disappear after a long time being stuck on 'Pending' and they do not reappear to start downloading the chapters.
This problem kept reappearing not long after you restart the server. Yesterday, after the latest server restart, when I started using the site again, it was working fine, no pending delay, the chapter download progress was fast like it usually did but then after an hour or so of not using the site, though there was no long pending delay, the download speed per chapter became slow again and now, the problem has gotten worse.
It seems that currently, restarting the server only fixes the problems for less than a day. Back in issue #220 you said that you have increased the number of workers by a bit because you had scaled them down before and that might've caused a bottleneck problem, maybe you can increase them more? Because this problem keeps happening even with all the server restarts you've been doing.
Edit: Oh, but the beta site is still working just fine.
I'll scale up the server and increase the number of workers. 1 vCPU -> 2 vCPU and 2 GB RAM -> 4 GB RAM.
Bumped up the number of workers as well, by quite a lot.
