Multiple "Unhealthy pod, failed probe" warnings

Seemingly this started ~ 15 days ago.
Could be related to a k8s update / an issue kubernetes/kubernetes#89898
But also could be restrictive resource allocations. (I'll look there first)

Looks like the resource increases did the job
