Error returning JSON object in returned local macro

If the file is too large, the program errors out when attempting to create the local macro thejson to return from jsonio out. Need to have a way to identify locally determined maximum macro length and then texting the length of the JSON object to test whether or not the macro can be created and subsequently returned.

This was fixed on the dev branch. Need to merge the change with the master branch.
