Team Setting improvement

1. WordPress "Editor" users can't be added (We can add anytime type of user roles in the team)
2. You can't change team roles in the Team settings as of now (Admin should be able to promote or demote any team members)

It will be a more intuitive user experience if the admin can configure each and individual feature permission to each user role.

For example, as an admin, I would like to allow create campaign permission to the Author user role. And I do not want to give any other permission to that "Author" user role.
