Keep OS default apt_install_recommends

apt_install_recommends should actually be yes to match the Debian and Ubuntu defaults. Everything else is unexpected.

Hi, yes, the default is yes but as the doc says above, it sets it to no.
In this case it's just the way I used it while I created the role. I would prefer to leave this as is as long as there aren't any other votes on this one.

Please set your flag to yes for now. THX
