bootstrap cli: add mode to use defaults / non-interactive mode

As platform engineer without WGE knoweldge
I want a bootstrapping mode that does not require user interaction
So i could quickly tests it
Even it has limited functionality

Notes:

• we should take default values
• be conservative on the approach: for example installing app but not pushing to git
• Similar experience to flux install
