Templates "Message" field should be "Description"

When using Explorer for the Templates section of the UI, we have a default field named Message, which doesn't really make sense for templates (and probably other object kinds).

We need to be able to override this column heading. Other acceptance criteria: sorting should work as expected with the new column heading.
