No Applications appear in the applications list until reload the page.

Describe the bug
When you open the Applications List page you will find that the List is empty and there is a check box checked by default and you cannot not uncheck it , You have to reload the page to see the applications in the application list.

To Reproduce

1. Open demo-01 environment https://demo-01.eng-sandbox.weave.works/sign_in using correct user name and password.
2. Press "Applications" from the navigation side menu.
3. Notice that the List is empty.
4. try to uncheck the check box.
5. Reload the page.

Actual behaviour

1. Application list is empty.
2. There is a check box checked by default.
3. You cannot uncheck the check box.
4. You have to Reload the page to see the application in the list.

Expected behaviour
Once open the Applications List you can see all the created applications, without reload the page.
