k8s installation fails as API service is unable to connect to Redis

I followed steps given under https://github.com/web3labs/chainlens-free/tree/master/k8s
After running chainlens-launch.sh script, all services start and are running. However, api service gives following error:

I have a redis instance deployed in chainlens-explorer namespace and updated API yaml to take redis host, port and password. But still same issue. I believe the latest api.yaml is not compatible with latest image epirus-free-api. Please share steps to solve this issue.

This issue was resolved by setting empty or no password for redis db
