GroupTree type is out of sync with merkle pallet.

Describe the bug
The merkle types are not in sync with the anon node. Currently the GroupTree is defined in mixer.ts when it should be defined in merkle.ts. Also the GroupTree should not have manager data and should match the current version of anon implementation
