Issue Description: Dynmap takes 7ms and drops tps from 20 to 14-17. I thought it because of full render, but when it finished nothing changed and dynmap still takes too much time per tick
- Dynmap Version: 3.7-beta-6
- Server Version: purpur-2275

- Steps to Replicate: See mspt with enabled zoom/updating renders, then use /dynmap pause all and see how mspt decreases
