Can't see receiver if they take too long to pick up

If you take a long time (around 30 seconds) to pick up when someone calls you, the caller can't see your video, just your avatar

Note: video is briefly visible if you rotate the iPad from horizontal to vertical. It's just hidden behind the user info splash bar.
