wy-form-message conflict for nameControl

Instructions for the Name field don't show up for the user. It looks as though they're being completely overwritten by, I think, /app/templates/wh/content/type/edit.hbs around line 19-50ish with the "This page will live at" language.

This is a duplicate of #190

I'll try and fix it early next week. I know the issue.

I went ahead and put in a PR to fix. Hope that's helpful. I did nothing to style it to differentiate from the slug messaging above, just placed it below.
