When a crash is detected at Abakus.com, we should show if there is anyone at the webkom office who can help and if the door is open (?)

While this is nice in itself, we should preferably give a better "guide" in general. In addition to coming to our office, we should advise people to check out the #webkom channel in our Abakus slack workspace or to simply mail us at webkom@abakus.no.
