Move repo to `webpack-contrib` org

We would like to make first-class markdown support for webpack and use remark for it, will be great to move this in webpack org and do some improvements and releases. Also will be keep a name remark-loader

The title says webpack-contrib but your comment notes webpack? I'm guessing you want me to move it to webpack-contrib since that's where the other plugins/loaders live?
