What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?

As a superadmin, the org list dashboard should update after creating a new org.

Reproduction instructions

  1. Log in as superadmin
  2. Go to admin dashboard
  3. Click "New Organization" and fill form
  4. Submit. Observe that the org list isn't updated, even though the org has been created
