[Bug] Deselecting the file in the list doesn't stop it from downloading.

What version of WebTorrent Desktop are you using?
What operating system and version?
What happened?
Files continue to download even if deselected, and when paused, after resumind it will download even if I don't mark the file in the list as "for download"
What did you expect to happen?
The file shouldn't be downloaded if unmarked, it doesn't matter if it was unmarked during download process or after resume, it should pause instantly.
Are you willing to submit a pull request to fix this bug?
I don't know Javascript nor do have interest in learning it as its not the type of language I'm comfortable with.
Is this still relevant? If so, what is blocking it? Is there anything you can do to help move it forward?
