Use prettier for easier collaboration

This project has a non standard formatting style which makes it harder to collaborate.

We should format everything using prettier, a de-facto standard.

no, eslint is used and already configured in webtorrent

this is not about one convention or another, but about ease of collaboration

does it format all the code including whitespace?
