Unable to perform pod spec lint

Summary
I am trying to perform pod spec lint in my private pod and it always fails. I added the --verbose flag and I found out that while linting, it installs version 0.9.11 of ZipFoundation which is very odd as I haven't specified anywhere else which version to use. SO always get the latest. pod install works just fine as it installs version 0.9.16. Can anyone help?

Never mind. I had an old deployment target iOS version set in PodSpec. I am closing this.
