BLACK SCREEN ON HALL OF FAME ULTRA MOON

When I defeat Haul after elite four and head to hall of fame in Pokemon Ultra moon, the game goes black screen but I still can hear the sound. I don't wanna lose my save with more than 15 hours in game.
