Simplify examples on the main page

There should be a link to the "tools" page where they are mentioned in "Dependencies".
The "Tools" page should link to each script/file (pointed at github) so people can view the source for each tool.
Simplify the examples. They show what ColrC can do, but with all the different styles it just looks messy.
