Three csv format files are available. The file descriptions are as follows.
- drugbank.content: drugbank_id, name, state, description
- drugbank.cites: drugbank_id1, drugbank_id2, drugbank_id2_name, interaction
- drugbank_d2d.cites: drugbank_id1, drugbank_id2
The above data files only provide some of the fields required for my research work. If you want to use other fields, you can refer to the code I provide to re-extract the data.
