What is the current behavior?
The room list is considering empty text messages(media) and room system notifications(transfer)
If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem
send a media message to the room(from the agent or the contact) and retrieve the room list
What is the expected behavior?
the empty messages and system notification should not be considered on the last message field on the room list
What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
For the room list return the last text message sent by the agent/bot/contact
