Track every molecule molecule scenario in roles and add them to Github Actions configuration

There are molecule scenario in roles directories that are not automatically run by github actions on push.

roles/vault/molecule
roles/stage1_bootstrap/molecule
roles/stage1_dns/molecule

For each:

• run it manually
• evaluate if keep and add github workflow or trash.

Hints:

• roles/vault/molecule/ to add in its own github action workflow .github/workflows/vault_role.yml
