Request - Small Class: Reduce Line Spacing

When adding the class .small to a paragraph, the line-spacing stays the same as the regular font size.

I'd suggest reducing the line spacing when using the .small class to make it look more proportionate.

@EricLavoie2 After reviewing and briefly tested this issue, I confirmed that this isn't a bug so the line spacing is the one presently expected. That said, do you have specific use case or something you would like to achieve for having the line spacing reduced when using .small class or it's more a preference?
