V4 Archived page don't show ARCHIVED - in the title

2 thing with the error.
-When a page is flag as archived, the H1 is empty
-When a page is flag as Archived, the title is not showing the ARCHIVED- at the begining.

I just find out that we have an issue in the V4 with the Archived section on the head-nav.php

I replace what we have in the V3.1 on the V4 from the if isarchived =1 ... till the /h1

and now the H1 is showing up but not the title tag.

I found the issue ... let me try a fix...
