Add-on don't start

Describe the issue
Recently I can no longer start the add-on. When I start it, the dot turns green for a moment and the CPU load increases. If I reload the page or come back to the add-on later, the dot is red again and the add-on does not run.

After changing my password twice, I was able to get the add-on to start.
