• Assign points to cards, Assign points to hands, go through every collection of cards from the input, check what hand it is (bit mask or something?) and assign the given point from hands, when everything is done, you can sort by points, then we need to check cards with same points and find the highest card and adjust points, then we can sort again and multiply the bid by the rank (sort order)
