. was able to follow all instructions but having a hard time with the gitk step... Not able to find the correct hash for this version. Any chances you can setup this one as well?

This might be old, but I was playing around with this lately and I think 2019.4.18 (which I have just built) might also work with 2019.4.19, since it's the same commit on Unity mono.
As a side note, even if you find a correct hash, Github made some security changes that make it harder to pull submodules using git protocol (I think).
