Scrollto doesn't work when in modal outputmode

Hi, just wanted to a) show appreciation for this great plugin and
b) say that there was an issue in that when the error output was in modal form
the plugin wouldn't jump to the first error msg even with scrollto enabled.

In researching the problem I came across this solution:

Which seems to work.
