print.pdf is deleted briefly during deploy

I noticed in https://travis-ci.org/whatwg/html/builds/317350761 that we're deleting print.pdf during deploy, and then upload a new version later. It would be better to build print.pdf from the local build and then deploy it all as one. At minimum, one could avoid deleting it in the interim using --exclude=print.pdf.
