Get a copy of wattsi and put the resulting binary in your PATH

Should the wattsi installer not take care of this?

Wattsi doesn't have an installer, just a build script. I'd rather not have it modify my PATH. Indeed, what I do locally and on the server is have it only modify my PATH for one shell session.

What I want to do though is have it check if wattsi is in your PATH, and if it isn't fall back to the wattsi web service I am hoping to set up in the next day or two.
