Add "section summaries"

In many places in the course you have a summary page listing the commands taught in the prior slide. I suggest that you take that even further to add a section summary at the end of each section. And you can do it one better by giving us, at the end of the course, a URL to a GitHub help page with a summary of all pf the commands taught.
