Invalid compressed folder

When trying to open the file after download it gives a Compressed Folders Error and says that the file is invalid. When trying to use 7zip to open the file and move the folder it fails and gives this data error. Data error : JAS39\Textures\JAS39_AA_Weapons\ASRAAM_seeker_Nm.dds
Im not sure how to fix this.
