Use to surveilance child's usage on computer

If there was a way to hide the icon in the dock so that the user didn't know it 
was open and try to 
close it. Then I could use it to check on my kids internet habits from my 
phone.

I am sure there are Mac utilities that do this for any app, try Dockless -
