Unable to click dependency_id and empire_id links in a record's hierarchy

In the Christmas Island record, above, all placetypes in the wof:hierarchy are clickable links except for the empire_id. In the Aceitunas, Puerto Rico record, above, all placetypes in the wof:hierarchy are clickable links except for the empire_id and dependency_id. After spot-checking other records, it looks like this is the case with any empire or dependency link.

I would expect all links in a record's hierarchy to show the parent placetypes name, id, and link to that record.
