Right to Left Text languages

Is there any plan to support the right to left languages like Arabic, Persian?

Does it seem this issue should be reported in the Avalonia repository?

Currently text rendering is pretty basic. There is work in Avalonia to support this, but rendering in Core2D is another non trivial task.
