Can you try run:
[sudo] apt-get install rubygems1.8
[sudo] gem1.8 install github-markup
Does that fix the problem for you?
Thanks

i do not want to use apt-get
there are a lot of people using rvm manage ruby :(
On my system, command-T is ok.
I think is about
require 'rubygems' and require gem markup.

Vim has been built against the Ruby installation from the Ubuntu repositories.
If you want to build it against a Ruby installed by RVM, you'll need to manually recompile Vim.
Thanks.
