Do we nee the lists in the organisms dir?

I think I generated these when I first populated the homology database. Now that we are running homology on every pathway each time it is edited, perhaps we don't need these lists anymore?

Is there any use for these lists that you can think of?

If not, maybe delete the folder?
If yes, then add a note to the README?
