cdnjs doesn't deliver MathJax always

People have complained about LaTeX not being rendered. The fault is CDNJS that doesn't always serve MathJax it seems.

I've only seen the problem on a Mac with Chrome, this will need some investigation.

I have never had this happen to me, at least...

Could it have been related to #123 ? (Even though that was fixed a few months before this issue...)
