Personal notes on compendiums

A request from a user was to be able to have personal notes on compendiums. While he did take notes offline right now, it was hard for him to keep the compendiums updated with new revisions.
One possible solution is to have notes tied up to line numbers. We have talked about this functionality somewhat when it comes to footnotes #258. This would be a personalized version of this for each user.
