Book entry lazyload doesn't fire properly on big screens.

Lazyload is currently configured to display only 10 books. This is too few for big screens. An additional problem is big screens don't reliably fire the load event the first time round because the scroll condition is never met.
Short screen successful lazy load
Long screen never fetches new books
