2 Floating errors

1. Sometimes cmd window appears. Reproduced by blocking and logging out the user
   

2. This error occurs when turning on or rebooting

Windows 10, version 22H2 (19045.3324) amd64

You can reproduce the errors on this build:

1. Download and install on a virtual machine
   en_Windows_Umbrella_PRO22H2_19045_3324_logon.zip
2. When creating a user, set a password

the first issue is caused by me not having CTRL ALT DEL TO LOGON implemented as ui yet, to properly disable it, u need to disable lockscreen and disable ctrl alt del to logon,

the memory error is something i need to fix

I have it disabled, but the window still appears
