In evil visual state and operator-pending state, various repeatable motions don't really work right. repeatable-find-char and friends have one-off issues, they go one character short! In visual line made, repeatable-next-line doesn't work at all!
Bad stuff.

Fixed... I forgot to say in the commit that it closed this... but it's totally fixed now.
