Update to include latest RFCs (8xxx)

This looks like an awesome contribution but was missing some of the latest RFCs (7797 was the specific one I was after) so as per the instructions in the readme I'm asking you to update it :)

Hi @willnorris! I was very pleased to find that this docset existed. Any chance you can update it to include the later RFCs — I'm after 7643.

I'd be happy to fork and update it, if you don't have the bandwidth.

Thanks. I actually put together a new update recently, but didn't quite get it finished. Also, the last time I tried to push an update, apparently I had some other errors that I haven't had a chance to investigate yet. I'll try to do this again this weekend.

Hi @willnorris, thank's for RFCs docset. Should you update it, please? For me important RFCs are for IPV6 Internet standard 8200-8201. Last is 8212.
