Customized Flastrap build is not flat

I don't know if this is intentional but when I download a cusomized build from this link http://littlesparkvt.com/flatstrap/customize.html the border radius and the gradients are still present and it's not flat-ty at all :/

Is there any way to download a custom build without using the whole 140Kb package of flatstrap?
